Our mission is to close the employment gaps for those who are structurally excluded from work by replacing 9-to-5 traditional working with personalised working.
With the support of our charity partners, we have supported more than 2,500 people into personalised working over the last decade.
We intend to increase our impact by supporting organisations of all shapes and sizes to introduce elements of the workstyle philosophy for themselves.
